Kingdom Kids
Kingdom Kids is the name of the Children's Ministry at Haven Community Church. We currently have four classrooms, Nursery, Preschool, Kindergarten through Second Grade, and Third Grade through Fifth Grade.
We use "The Gospel Project" curriculum. It is an excellent source for teaching the children the Bible age appropriately.
We are SO excited to be fully moved into our new children’s ministry spaces! Even the previously existing classrooms received a fresh paint job. God has been so good to us. He took the existing building and doubled the space we had previously. The church feels so much bigger despite adding zero square feet to the building.
We even have other exciting events throughout the year. Movie nights, game nights, Christmas presentations, and even a Resurrection Celebration for the whole family!
When you join us on a Sunday morning, please check in at the Children's Ministry table. You will get a sticker for your child to wear, as well as a pick-up tag which will be used to retrieve your child after service. There is a basic information sheet for first-time guests to fill out, which includes listing allergy information. The registration volunteer will then let you know which classroom your child is able to join. All volunteers have had background checks.
